| Sometimes we don't have time to look at everyone's search thread and that means we miss out on opportunities to find valuable partners. There are times when we do not wish to participate in group role plays, and simply wish to find an individual who likes the same genres and has similar ideas as we do. | Glad you posted this thread. The trouble of keeping up with my own "find a partner" thread was kind of hard. I'd rather just post something, be done and just wait until someone contacts me like on the MCL thread this was inspired by. Username:JayMusicGirl Are you available through PM?Yes! I just hate role playing with people who write like they just learned how to a few years ago. All I require is that you know the simple grammar rules and put them to use. Besides that, I completely understand mistakes or things like English being your second language. Rating/Mature Scenes:The rating can really on the plot and what my partner feels is the best rating with what they're comfortable with or not. I don't mind and actually prefer mature scenes. But do I feel I need a bit of practice with them (who doesn't?), since I don't do them that often. Comfort Level:I guess I have a high comfort level. I'm not a fan of a lot of unnecessary cursing or things that cross the line like incest and pedophilia in RPs, though. Writing Tense:Third person. Female or Male preference role:Neither. I have experience playing as both. I don't mind playing either, and I don't mind having one of each. Just promise you won't force me to play the male for a lame-o reason like "I can't play males because I'm a girl" because I've been through that a bunch of times on MCL. You can if you wanted too, and/or with a little practice! But if you have at least tried and you're bad at playing males, I understand. Hetero love, BL, or GLI love hetero the most. I'm good with BL and like it a lot. GL is a rare thing for me to do, but I don't mind it. Current plot ideas:None that are really written-in-stone. I kind of want to do mainly anything historical. Especially something medieval, or set in any ancient culture (especially an Asian one), or set in the 18th century, possibly the Wild West. I also especially want to try a forbidden romance one set in the 20th century that involves race/class problems. Besides that, I'm up for any ideas you may have! Current fandom ideas:None, really! I'm apart of too many fandoms to name, but I all share one thing in common with them: I don't want to do a RP based on any of them. Well, there is one thing... I kinda sorta want to do a RP based loosely on the movie Splash. Or well, anything with mermaids/merpeople. Besides that, no fandoms. Not exactly fond of tragedy, but I can go for a dark roleplay every now and then though!

Advanced. I understand the occasional typo, but I like to truly get involved in my writing and if my partner's literate capabilities interfere with that, well I can't help but become a little frustrated.
Your preferred grammar level:
I'd say semi to advanced. I should understand what my partner is attempting to convey with no difficulty.
Rating/Mature Scenes:
Comfortable with it all. Even what most label as "sensitive subjects". In fact I prefer a roleplay that pushes the edges, it helps me expand my writing skills by forcing me into unfamiliar territory.
In other words, feel free to throw all them edgy concepts at me

If Galore's permit it, I'm comfortable with it.

Believe it or not, I'm more comfortable with writing the guy.

Longterm, short term it doesn't matter as long as you are patient with me and you at least send me a message if you're going to be gone/busy for a few days.

Anyone is eligible to enter - even those lacking the musical ability to do so - but only the best of the best actually get to enter the ever so stressing competition. Two polar opposite musicians. One goal. Zero tolerance for each other.
For years this stubborn duo have been neck-to-neck in trying to win the hearts of their mentors, competing against one another in hopes of reaching ultimate fame and glory. But that silly goal of theirs is soon put to test when the 50th annual music competition strolls by, driving them both over the edge as new rivals begin terrorizing their already complicated lives.
- Rooming With Devils:
You know what sucks so much that it makes you frustrated by just the thought of it? Being broke and having to live under the same roof with the one person that grates on your nerves. But do you know what sucks even more? Rooming with two hormonal wolves - er, guys. You thought it's already hard enough sharing a house with your worst nemesis, just imagine having to tolerate Satan's spawns for a whole year until you can find somewhere peaceful to settle in. Fresh out of college, jobless, and vulnerable, you know crawling back to your family for help is the last thing you want to do, so the only way to pick yourself up is to start somewhere small: The Devil Brothers. What have you gotten yourself into?
Basically this RP will be about two arch nemesis both reluctantly agreeing to room together until they manage to raise enough money to go on their separate ways, since they really have no one else but each other. Then comes in two siblings, bored out of their mind, found the two girls wandering the streets with heavy luggages one evening and decided to invite them over to their crib like "hey come live with us." OTL

{ Inspired by Urbance } Set in a futuristic world. When a deadly disease strikes and kills every newborn without an effective cure to prevent it from happening, sex and all heterosexual relationships are prohibited. No intimate activities with the opposite gender or face severe consequences. Even friendships between a female and male is not allowed. Causalities between gender rises as gangs and clubs restricted to only one gender formed. But rules are and have always been meant to be broken, no? What happens when two strangers cross paths and find themselves unable to get the other out of their mind? { I've never done GL before but if anyone's willing to show me the ropes, I'll consider RPing it. . .otherwise it'll be the minor genre of the RP. }

Long ago an unthinkable disease surged through cities and countries overnight, poisoning nearly the entire world's population. At first it didn't seem as alarming or gruesome as it truly was, but the emergency calls became persistent. What initially had been regarded as cannibalism, soon turned into a terrifying event in which couldn't be controlled or abolished by the government, leading to the many unfortunate series of blood and murder. The unbelievable increase of deaths wasn't what made the nation raise eyebrows, it was the fact that victims were left severely wounded with deep scratches and what appeared to be a gush caused by razor-sharp teeth. Furthermore, what only worsened the incredulous situation was the shocking case that those victims eventually rose back from the dead, as if regaining consciousness, but rather than life dancing in their eyes, they turned into mindless, blood thirsty monsters. Bloodshot red eyes, decaying flesh, and the smell of death trailing in their wake; it was fairly easy to categorize them as zombies. But were they? Ignorant and baffled, nobody knew what formed the horrifying epidemic of infection nor did it ever occur to them that things will only go worse from there; the virus was spreading, and it was spreading quicker than lightning.
But along the way, two people are thrown into the fray, fighting with a caravan to survive and hopefully restore the world for a better tomorrow.

I was thinking two people received a strange message from an unknown number but deciding it's just a prank, they ignored it. Bad choice. Several days later a series of dangerous events happen to their loved ones and wherever they go, death follows behind. Ultimately, they're forced to partake in a game of which they know none of the rules of.
This is a story of boy meets girl, but you should know upfront, this is not a love story.

It's Football season and everyone's out to participate in the betting of yet another glorious win from the star quarterback of the varsity team. Victorious since day one and bringing nothing but honor to his school, this guy naturally knows how to maintain a perfect reputation for the crowd. He's intensely involved in spots yet still manages to make time for his academics. No one is more well-rounded than he is, and it looks like he's willing to do just about anything to make amends. But it seems not everyone is buying his good deeds. Enter a poor girl with no future, dancing through all the hardships she encounters. She twirls and twirls wherever she goes, gracing the art department with her talent. But no one else sees the spark in her eyes when she does what she loves most. Until a misplaced recording tape of her first dance recital lands in the hands of the so-called 'perfect' quarterback. One thing led to another and she now finds herself at the lowest bar of the high school food chain. What made it so easy to fall apart but so hard to reach back up was beyond her. All she know is that, because of one stupid jock, her life suddenly took a turn for the worst. Fed up with the constant teasing and awful put downs, the independent ballerina challenges the cocky football star to show him that ballet takes just as much athletic ability as football.
Throw in a sketchy slacker - who might be the person responsible for the girl's misfortune - and a recluse photographer determined to expose everyone's secrets and what do you get? Complete chaos.
